Donald Trump releases full “private” letter Melania wrote to Putin
On August 15, former President Donald Trump met with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Alaska to discuss a potential ceasefire in the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war. The summit gained significant attention not only for its political implications but also because Ukraine, the country at the center of the conflict, was not invited to participate.
After the meeting, Trump claimed that “great progress” had been made, although no official ceasefire was agreed upon, and no proposal was presented to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
