Online emotions are triggered by Elon Musk’s enigmatic neck mark

Elon Musk’s Double Hat Moment at the White House Sparks Viral Frenzy. At a recent White House cabinet meeting, Elon Musk turned heads — not for his usual bold AI or space claims, but for his unusual outfit. Musk wore a bright red cap that read “Gulf of America,” a playful reference to Donald Trump’s past renaming of the Gulf of Mexico.

The cap mimicked the famous “Make America Great Again” style and featured the numbers “45 – 47,” acknowledging Trump’s non-consecutive presidencies. But what really set social media on fire was Musk’s double hat trick. He wore the red cap stacked on top of a black one. Just before he spoke, Musk dramatically took both off.

The moment caught on camera quickly went viral. Trump joked, “I adore the double hat. Only he can pull that off.” Musk replied with a grin, “I wear a lot of hats. My hat has a hat!” Online, users had a field day. TikTok and Facebook lit up with memes and jokes, dubbing it “Double Hat Day.” However, not all the attention was humorous — some eagle-eyed viewers noticed what looked like a scar or mark on Musk’s neck, sparking speculation. “Did he have surgery?” one user asked. “What happened to his neck?” wondered another.

Some critics also questioned whether his casual outfit was appropriate for a formal government setting. This wasn’t the first time Musk’s White House appearance raised eyebrows. Earlier this year, he posted a meme-worthy photo of himself in a massive red MAGA hat, arms wide open in the Oval Office.

Reporters even brought up Musk’s style during press briefings, especially after criticism of Ukraine’s president for not wearing a suit. Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt shrugged it off, saying, “The president seemed to like it just fine.”

Whether it’s his clothes, his words, or his mysterious scars, Elon Musk continues to mix politics, tech, and celebrity — always managing to keep the internet talking.
